As a result of our ongoing growth and success, we’re seeking an Employment Relations Business Partner to lead and support complex ER/IR matters across our operations. Based at our Head Office on the Central Coast of NSW, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes in a diverse and dynamic environment.

As the Employment Relations Business Partner, you’ll be the key advisor and lead on a range of employment and industrial relations matters. This is a hands-on role supporting leaders, HR teams, and operations managers across our national network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the negotiation and implementation of Enterprise Agreements in unionised, blue-collar environments.
  • Integrating newly acquired businesses into the organisation’s industrial framework, ensuring alignment with existing agreements, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Managing Fair Work Commission claims and representing the business in conciliations.
  • Providing expert advice on complex employment matters to HR and operational leaders.
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with employment laws, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies.
  • Monitoring legislative changes and ensuring compliance with workplace laws, awards, and enterprise agreements.

About You:

We’re looking for a strategic and solutions-focused ER/IR expert who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

You will have:

  • Proven experience negotiating Enterprise Agreements in unionised settings.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, modern awards, and employment law.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A pragmatic, commercial mindset with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
