About the Role

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator / Coordinator to support the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of our digital learning environment.

This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day administration of the LMS, ensuring the platform remains accurate, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with organisational learning, compliance, and reporting requirements. Working closely with Learning & Development stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and system users, the LMS Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling high-quality learning experiences at scale.

This is a newly created position within the Learning & Development team and represents an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of our digital learning ecosystem.

In your new position, you will be responsible for:

  • LMS Administration & Governance: Manage LMS configuration, user access, course lifecycles, data integrity, and platform standards to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Course & Content Management: Maintain an organised course catalogue, apply metadata and tagging, support content uploads, and perform quality assurance checks.
  • Reporting & Insights: Produce and analyse LMS reports and dashboards on engagement, completion, and compliance, including ad hoc stakeholder requests.
  • User Support & Enablement: Provide frontline LMS support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training, guides, and job aids to improve adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support new feature rollouts, optimise LMS processes and user experience, and contribute to broader digital learning initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

Essential

  • Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (Litmos experience preferred; experience with Moodle, Canvas, D2L, Totara, Docebo, or similar platforms is highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage data accuracy and system processes.
  • Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and a customer-focused approach to support.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar).
  • Understanding of instructional design or digital learning principles.
  • Experience developing LMS reports or dashboards.
  • Qualifications in learning technologies, information systems, education, or a related field.
  • LMS-related certification.

Applicants who meet most—but not necessarily all—criteria are encouraged to apply. This role is well suited to someone looking to grow their career in digital learning systems and learning operations.

With the sustained growth of our company, there has never been a better time to join Borg.
