About the Role

We’re building a small, agile Digital Hub to simplify processes, connect systems, and apply AI where it makes sense. To do that, we’re looking for a hands-on Automation and Integration Developer who loves turning ideas into practical solutions, who can use Microsoft’s ecosystem to deliver real impact.

This role is about making things smarter and faster: automating repetitive tasks, connecting systems, and embedding AI where it delivers real business value. You’ll be prototyping, experimenting, and delivering solutions that help staff and customers in weeks, not months.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing, building, and implementing automations using Microsoft Power Automate and the wider Power Platform.
  • Creating solutions in Power Apps to improve staff and customer workflows.
  • Design and implement business process automation or RPA.
  • Developing and managing integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and external systems.
  • Using Dataverse and APIs (REST, Graph, GraphQL, SOAP) to enable seamless data flows between internal and external systems.
  • Working with stakeholders to map workflows and translate ideas into solutions.
  • Testing, debugging and documenting what you build so it’s reliable and easy to maintain.
  • Staying curious – exploring new AI or digital tools (Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, and Azure AI services) to identify where they can add value

What we’re looking for

  • Strong skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform integration.
  • Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, JavaScript or TypeScript).
  • Hands-on experience with automation and integration across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), data flows data integration between Microsoft and third-party services.
  • A problem-solver who can explain technical stuff in plain English.
  • 3+ years’ experience in automation, integration or development roles.

Bonus points for

  • Exposure to AI APIs (Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
  • Light web development (React, Node.js, HTML/CSS).
  • Cloud platform experience (especially Azure).
  • Interest in LLMs, process mining, or advanced data analytics within Microsoft Fabric.

Why join us?

You’ll be part of a small, innovative team where your work has real impact. No red tape, no waiting around – just the chance to deliver smart solutions that help the business run better.

If you’re curious, pragmatic, and excited to explore AI in real-world ways, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help us reimagine how we work.
