About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Designer to join our corporate Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital learning solutions that support employee development, compliance, and performance improvement across the business.

In your new position, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations, quizzes, and other digital learning content using tools like Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, and department leaders to identify learning needs and translate content into engaging e-learning experiences
  • Applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learning that is engaging, inclusive, and effective
  • Building and maintaining learning content within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Ensuring consistency with brand, tone, and corporate values in all learning materials
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning content through feedback, analytics, and assessment data
  • Updating and refreshing learning modules to remain current with changes in policy, compliance, systems, or business needs
  • Supporting blended learning initiatives that incorporate both digital and face-to-face learning experiences, where appropriate


About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in instructional design or e-learning development within a corporate or business environment
  • Experience designing compliance, onboarding, or leadership training content
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate)
  • Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable skills include:

  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva)
  • Experience working with diverse learners and inclusive content development
