About us
Crossmuller is an innovative and progressive multi-disciplined company specialising in manufacturing design, automation and systems integration. Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.
We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team based at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast.
Key responsibilities:
Analysis of structural steel designs and building projects
Ensuring design solutions comply with local and national codes and standards
Preparation of technical reports
Working closely with the drafting team in the development of engineering drawings
Interpret architectural & engineering drawings
Complete Tekla 3D Modelling and Workshop Drawings for the structural steel element of the project
Modelling & preparing detailed construction drawings of concrete elements whenever applicable
Delivering to the agreed schedules for all projects
Responding to workshop & construction site queries
Requirements and Qualifications:
Relevant Engineering degree
At least 5 years experience working on industrial and commercial projects
Well developed structural steel design and analysis experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Australian standards and construction codes
Proficiency with Tekla Structures software
The ability to manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
