About the Role

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy Accounts Payable Department. This role is located at our corporate head office at Somersby on the NSW Central coast.

This role will involve:

  • Overseeing the processing of invoices and ensuring payments are in line with supplier payment terms and conditions
  • Investigating discrepancies with invoices and statements where required
  • Creditor statement reconciliation
  • Preparation of cheque and EFT payments
  • Working across a number of business platforms and business divisions
  • Reporting and administration duties as required

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 2 years experience working in accounts payable and experience within a large complex organisation
  • Experience working within a fast paced high volume work environment
  • Previous general ledger management experience
  • An ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Proficient skills in all MS Office applications
  • The ability to prioritise your day, multitask and work under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail and be self organised
  • Qualifications in accounting or similar
