About the Role
We are currently seeking an ambitious and proactive Administration Officer to join our Engineering team in Mount Gambier.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Administer plant maintenance and software systems
- Coordinate plant down time data recording and reporting
- Record and report on maintenance performance
- Assist and coordinate with project and shut planning
- Provide administrative and technical support for the team
- Assist procurement in regard to supply of resources
- Provide support for IT
- Data entry
- Scanning and electronic filing of documents
About you
Our successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office, Project and MAINPAC or a similar computerised maintenance management system)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management / organisational skills
- Engineering / maintenance background is desirable
