Shift Production Leader 

 We are seeking applications from interested persons for the above position:

The requirement of the role is as follows:

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated self starter with excellent organisational and time management skills and a willingness to learn
Strong management and leadership skills with ability to manage a team. 
Self motivated to maintain high standards in safety, quality and customer service
Lead our Commitment to Safety and Teamwork
Excellent written, verbal communication and coaching skills 
Please note that previous experience within a MDF or Manufacturing would be highly regarded
An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the successful candidate.

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
