We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Apprentice Boilermaker to join our maintenance team in Mount Gambier. As an apprentice Boilermaker you are involved in repairs to plant and equipment, fabrication and installation of components, installation of new equipment and assisting with breakdowns of production machinery, as well as performing planned maintenance to ensure the efficient running of our machinery.

Becoming an Apprentice with Borg enables you to gain invaluable experience and to gain a national qualification whilst getting paid to do it. To be successful in gaining an apprenticeship you will have:

·         An interest in machinery and some mechanical aptitude

·         A problem-solving mindset

·         Attention to detail, quality and safety

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
