We are seeking Forklift Operators to join our busy Despatch team. Working Monday to Friday, these positions are day shift, however there are times that a rotating day / afternoon shift may be required . These are locally based positions, providing a great lifestyle balance between family and work.
To secure this role, you will be enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated, work well on your own and enjoy working in a team environment
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Using a forklift to load and unload trucks
• Assembly of loads
• Working in a safe manner at all times
• General warehouse duties
To be successful in this position you will have:
• A current forklift licence and experience handling large, bulky items
• Experience in warehousing and distribution
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Basic computer skills
As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, drug and alcohol testing.
