As a result of growth within our current team an opportunity has arisen for an energetic, result-oriented Human Resources Officer with experience in all facets of Human Resources management to join our business.

Job Details

This role requires active involvement in all Human Resources management activities, including:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Industrial relations advice and support to supervisors and managers
  • Supporting managers to ensure staff are meeting performance and behavioural expectations
  • Developing and delivering training programmes
  • Conducting HR induction programmes for new employees
  • Developing succession plans in conjunction with Management
  • Implementation of new company-wide HR initiatives

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of threeyears’ experience in Human Resources 
  • A working knowledge and understanding of the Employment Relations Framework, including Industrial Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building effective relationships with different levels of stakeholders 
  • The ability to make decisions demonstrating diplomacy and resilience in challenging circumstances 
  • Problem solving and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines 
  • A positive mindset and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
     

This is a full-time permanent position.
