About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our Finance and Investments team based in Sydney.

You will support financial reporting, treasury activities, cash flow forecasting and fixed asset accounting across a diverse portfolio of investments. This role offers exposure to group-level finance and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations and financial reports
  • Support cash flow management and forecasting activities
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, including capitalisation and depreciation
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and financial analysis
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to process improvements and financial controls

About You

  • Experience in a Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant or similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end processes
  • Experience in treasury, cash flow forecasting or fixed asset accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • CPA/CA qualified or working towards completion
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
