Job Details

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to an HR professional who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, providing strategic and operational HR support, and contributing to a high-performing culture during a period of continued growth.

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. You will provide end-to-end HR support while driving initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, and organisational performance.

You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best-practice HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice aligned to business goals
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Provide practical, compliant guidance on employee relations and workplace matters
  • Coach and support leaders in performance management, development conversations, and disciplinary processes
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, systems, and procedures
  • Support learning and development initiatives to build organisational capability
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making
  • Assist in driving engagement, culture, and change initiatives

About You

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR generalist role
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR best practice
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credible relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about building high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures
