About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and strengthen our procurement function across the Group.

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the group achieves value, efficiency and reliability across its supplier network. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we are looking for a commercially minded leader with a strong track record in procurement, supplier management and process improvement.

The successful candidate will play an important role in enhancing procurement practices, strengthening supplier relationships and identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and cost efficiencies across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage procurement activities across the business to ensure best value, quality and reliability
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating favourable commercial terms
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement systems, processes and workflows
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective procurement solutions
  • Drive cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards

About you

  • Proven experience in a procurement leadership role within a complex or multi-site organisation
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver value through aligning sourcing initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
