About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager with a strong background in call centre operations to lead and inspire our customer service team.

This is a pivotal leadership role for the business. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we are looking for a capable leader with a proven track record of consolidating and motivating teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in uplifting our service delivery standards and ensuring we provide exceptional support across the greater Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing customer service team within a call centre environment
  • Drive a strong service culture focused on responsiveness, professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Consolidate and motivate teams to achieve operational and service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes and workflows
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve service levels
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the wider Group

About you

  • Proven experience managing customer service teams within a call centre or high-volume service environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive service improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
