About the Role

We are currently undertaking a major organisational transformation with the migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This transition is a critical step in modernising our systems and ensuring our teams are equipped with powerful, scalable tools to support our business operations.

To support this journey, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive D365 F&O Project Manager with strong familiarity in DevOps processes, end-user testing, and change communication.

The Project Manager will oversee key delivery components of the D365 F&O rollout, monitoring the progress of development work, testing, approval, release, updating documentation, and effectively communicated to all stakeholders. This is a cross-functional role that sits between technical teams, business users, and leadership.

This position is located at our corporate head office at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast.

Key Responsibilities

 1. DevOps Coordination & Task Governance

  • Monitor DevOps boards for D365 F&O development tasks.
  • Ensure task creation, prioritisation, and workflow statuses follow agreed project standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate documentation of requirements and development progress.
  • Maintain visibility and traceability across all DevOps items.

2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Release Validation

  • Coordinate UAT for completed development tasks.
  • Update and maintain User Training Documents to reflect new functionality and changes with each release.

3. Communication & Change Documentation

  • Prepare clear and concise release summaries following each deployment.
  • Publish updates with hyperlinks to relevant user guides and training materials.
  • Support end-users in understanding how changes impact their workflow.
  • Assist in the creation of training content and contribute to ongoing knowledge-sharing initiatives.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience managing ERP or digital transformation projects (D365 F&O or AX experience highly desirable).
  • Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps task management.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain user-friendly training documents and process guides.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers, testers, external consultants, and business teams.
  • Understanding of change management principles is an advantage.
