About the Role

This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for market research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support polytec in driving its sales growth agenda.

This role will focus on assisting with the development and execution of programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, segment saturation and revenue growth.

Your new position, reporting to the Brand Manager, will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the creation, execution, and monitoring of market segment plans to build brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Recommending market research across polytec’s key market segments to identify customer buying habits, customer preferences, and competitor activity
  • Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, including content briefs, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Assisting with the development of marketing material, including brochures, ads, and promotional materials
  • Maintaining and enhancing brand consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives
  • Providing regular updates on marketing performance, including campaign success, budget adherence, and ROI
  • Liaising with nominated local contacts to plan and organise events
  • Assisting in the execution and evaluation of sponsorships and sponsorship initiatives

 

About You

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work on different types of projects and adapt to changing conditions
