Crossmuller is an innovative and progressive multi-disciplined company specialising in manufacturing design, automation and systems integration. Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced site Fitter to join our Installation Teams based at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. This position would suit someone who would like to work in a large business where their effort is acknowledged and they feel part of a team. Whilst working within the Installation team you will be responsible for project work, site installation and commissioning new equipment and machinery in the automation and construction fields.
To be considered for this position you will:
Be a qualified and experienced tradesman
Have the ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings
Have previous fabrication experience
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be experienced in machine trouble shooting/problem solving & fault finding
A can do attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
Possess the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
Be available to travel when required to other locations either on a daily basis or LAHA
Ability to work overtime when required
An advantage for this position you will:
Hold EWP and Working at Heights certification
Hold a licence to perform dogging or rigging an advantage
Hold a CN or C6 crane ticket
stainless tig purge welding experience
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount.
