  • Do your research! Do some research about our company and the position you have applied for.
  • Review our job advertisement and have a look at the selection criteria for the position you applied for. Consider how your skills and experience match the selection criteria.
  • Consider:
    • What is your point of difference?
    • What sets you apart from other candidates?
    • In other words, why should we hire you?
  • Consider what questions we may ask you in the interview, and prepare how you would respond.
  • Prepare some questions that you have about the company or role, write these down and bring them along to the interview. You need to be confident that we are the right fit for you, as much as you are the right fit for us!
  • Practice, practice, practice! Ask a family member or friend to do a practice interview to prepare you for the interview.
  • It's common to feel nervous going in to the interview, our job is to try and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Take some deep breaths, and take your time to think about the question and your answer.
