Crossmuller is an innovative and progressive multi-disciplined company specialising in manufacturing design, automation and systems integration. Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.

We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Construction Team based at Oberon NSW.

Whilst working within the Construction Team you will be responsible for providing project administration support, covering all aspects of correspondence and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the organisation’s operational procedures
  • Liaise with Team Leaders to distribute weekly job reports
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative support where required
  • Prepare and attend review meetings and take minutes
  • Request and review supplier quotes
  • Assist with data entry
  • Ensure all documentation is filed

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in an administration role within the Construction or Manufacturing industry
  • A Business Administration Qualification
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
  • SAP experience (an advantage)
  • Mainpac experience (an advantage)
  • The ability to multitask and work within a busy office environment
  • A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to meet and work to deadlines

This is a full-time permanent position within our Construction Team. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount.

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes drug and alcohol testing.

Rate will be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
